(Clinical Focus: Conditions that may require a patient to be transported by ambulance for routine or non-emergency care.),(Data Element Scope: Conditions that may require a patient to be transported by ambulance for non-emergency care as defined by U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.),(Inclusion Criteria: Inability to transfer from bed without assistance, inability to safely sit in chair or wheelchair, risk of falling from wheelchair or stretcher, fracture, contracture, osteoarthritis, muscle weakness, amputations, myocardial infarction, deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity, spinal cord injury, paralysis, demyelinating disease, pain on movement, joint pain, wound, severe obesity, danger to self or others and confusion, combativeness, lethargy or coma.),(Exclusion Criteria: No exclusions.)
